Can I get a card yet?
Not yet. This site is only for the waitlist. Nobody can top up, spend or apply for credit here today. When accounts open, people on the waitlist get an email with a link to open one.
How do I join?
Fill in the waitlist form. It has four short steps and takes about two minutes.
How do you choose who gets in first?
We invite people in small groups as cards become available in each country, aiming for a mix of card choices and ways of using them. Friends who join with your invite link move you up the list.
How will I know when it's my turn?
You'll get an email, and your status page will show it too. You can check your status any time with your ticket number or private link.
Does joining cost anything?
No. Joining the waitlist is free, and so is the card: there's no sign-up fee and no monthly fee.
How do you make money?
From a small rate on top-ups (0.5% for stablecoins, 1.5% for other coins) and from interest on credit card balances. The card itself is free.
Cards
Which cards will there be?
A Visa debit card and a Mastercard debit card, both with the same balance, app and controls. People who qualify will also be able to apply for a credit card. See the cards.
Can I use it with Apple Pay and Google Pay?
Yes, that's the plan. You'll be able to add your card to Apple Pay on an iPhone or Apple Watch, or to Google Pay on Android, and tap to pay in shops.
Will there be a physical card?
Yes. You'll get a virtual card first, so you can pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay from day one. We start shipping physical cards about a month after launch, for a one-time shipping fee of $9.99.
Who can get the credit card?
The credit card is for people who qualify. It's subject to eligibility, a credit check and approval, and it may not be available in every country at launch.
Which countries will it work in?
Availability depends on our card issuing partner and the rules in each country. Tell us where you live when you join, so we know where to open first.
Topping up
How does topping up with crypto work?
You'll send crypto to your account from any wallet or exchange. When it arrives, it's converted to dollars at the rate shown before you confirmed, and the balance is ready to spend on your card.

What are the fees?
The card is free, with no monthly fee. Topping up costs 0.5% with stablecoins (USDT, USDC, DAI) and 1.5% with other coins. Spending in shops, online and abroad is free. The physical card has a one-time $9.99 shipping fee. See the full fee table. These are planned fees and may change before launch.
Does the credit card charge interest?
Only if you carry a balance. The planned rate is 19.99% to 29.99% APR, variable and based on approval. Pay your statement in full each month and you pay no interest.
Do I have to keep my money in crypto?
No. Your card balance is held in dollars, so its value doesn't move with crypto prices once a top-up has arrived.
Safety and privacy
Will I need to verify my identity?
Yes, when you open an account. Card accounts require an identity check (KYC) by law. Joining the waitlist only needs your name and email.
What if my card is lost or stolen?
You'll be able to freeze it in the app in one tap and unfreeze it if you find it, or order a replacement.
Will you ever ask for my PIN or card number?
Never. We'll never ask for your PIN, full card number, one-time codes or passwords by email, text or direct message. Anyone who does isn't us.
What do you do with my waitlist answers?
We use them to plan the launch and to email you about the waitlist. This site has no trackers or analytics, and it doesn't store your IP address.
